Yield: 4 servings
| 2 | pounds | skinless mahi-mahi fillets, cut into 4 portions | |

| 1/3 | cup | olive oil | |
|  | |||
| 1/3 | cup | ketchup | |
|  | |||
| 1/3 | cup | frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed | |
|  | |||
| 1 | Tablespoon | prepared yellow mustard | |
|  | |||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|  | |||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
|  | |||
| 1 | large bay leaf, crumbled | ||

Combine oil, ketchup, lemonade concentrate, mustard, salt garlic powder and bay leaf in a large sealable plastic bag;  mix well.  Add fillets; turn to coat evenly.  Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.    Remove fillets and place on a broiler pan that's been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.  Discard marinade.  
Broil 4- inches from source of heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.  Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
